Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

For quality concerns or shipping damage, please attach clear photos of the bottle and the packaging to expedite your request.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send it back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
